As part of our grooming regime for Ruby, my Corgi, we clean her ears weekly eventhough she does not have any ear infection like Jack, my Beagle.
Ruby is also used to the cleaning of her ears and she is very co-operative during the whole process too, just like Jack.

Video on Cleaning Jack's Ears, My Beagle
Jack, my Beagle, has long and drooping ears so he is prone to ear infections as the ears are not well ventilated or aired.
He has been treated by the vet and we have been taught to clean his ears with some solution from the clinic. We used to do it almost daily but now that his ear infection is under control, it is done weekly only.
As you can see from the video, Jack is so used to it and very co-operative during the whole process.
